Tarangire
Treetops lodge
is situated in
the Tarangire
Conservation
Area on the
eastern border
of Tarangire
National Park.
Upon entering
the lodge, the
reception
reveals an
artistically
constructed area
built in local
material that
leads to the
main restaurant,
with panoramic
views of the
landscape,
hugged around a
baobab tree.
A few steps down
to the left of
the Tarangire
Treetops, the
extension leads
way to the
swimming pool
with sun chairs
to relax on your
time off from
wildlife
watching and
game viewing.
What Tarangire
Treetops refer
to as "Tree
homes" as
literally lodge
rooms that built
around Baobab
trees in way
that strikes a
balance between
creating a one
of kind
experience yet
still assuring
that the
Tarangire
ecosystem is
maintained in
the best manner
possible.
The Tarangire
Treetops luxury
Lodge has 18
tastefully
decorated rooms
that have very
comfortable
beds. All rooms
have en-suite
bathroom
facilities with
running water,
open standard
shower area and
flushing
toilets, and an
area with a
unique wash
basin.
The lodge offers
game-viewing by
way of guided
walking safaris
or game-drives
in open-sided
safari vehicles.
The camp is also
becoming
increasingly
well known for
its night
safaris,
designed to
catch the
animals at their
most active.
International
and traditional
African cuisine
are served in
the dining area
where evenings
are spent
socializing with
family and
guests.
