encounter in each of these
parks is;

Lake
Nakuru is home to thousands
of pink flamingoes and
pelicans and also boasts of
a rich concentration of
wildlife and a Rhino
sanctuary.

Samburu; rugged and a
semi-arid, is renowned for
its rare species of animals
like the long necked
gerenuk, gravy’s zebra,
reticulated giraffe, and the
Beisa Oryx among other
animals and abundant species
of birds and is considered
to be a birdwatchers
paradise.

The Masai Mara National
Reserve, an extension of the
Serengeti National park of
Tanzania, is one of the few
places where you can
actually encounter a haven
for viewing a congregation
of all sorts of animals in a
five mile radius. The
wildebeest migration starts
from the Serengeti crossing
the Mara river into this
reserve.

Tsavo
east is home to huge
herds of elephants,
buffaloes and other
ungulates, also to be
found here are lions,
cheetah and leopard.
